Ultimately, there is nothing Sproxil can do to prevent people from taking a genuine product off the shelf, scratching & claiming the reward, and then putting it back on the shelf. Sproxil can, however, keep track of the top winners of the loyalty reward and report to the client if a specific phone number has reached a threshold they deem as abuse (such as 10 rewards in one month). From there, Sproxil can block that phone number from the system and even call them to actively ask questions to gain more insight into why the consumer is attempting to scam the system. Additionally, if the client requests, Sproxil can limit the number of rewards to one per day, month, etc. per each phone number.
